On August 12, 2025, members of our team at Steger Bizzell had the privilege of joining Georgetown ISD, community members, and project partners to celebrate the ribbon-cutting for the new Frost Elementary School campus.

Steger Bizzell was proud to provide engineering services for this $32 million project, which transformed the former Benold Middle School into a state-of-the-art 127,540-square-foot facility. The redesigned campus not only doubles the student capacity but also incorporates collaborative learning spaces, upgraded infrastructure, and thoughtful design elements that will benefit students, staff, and families for years to come.
Projects like Frost Elementary highlight the importance of community investment and teamwork. By working alongside Georgetown ISD, Huckabee | A MOREgroup Brand, and Bartlett Cocke General Contractors, we were able to help deliver a school that truly reflects the district’s vision: supporting students, fostering connection, and creating opportunities for growth.
We are honored to have played a role in this milestone and look forward to seeing the impact this new campus will have on the Georgetown community.
