Sam joined the firm as a Project Manager in 2014. Through previous work experience, he gained basic planning, design, and construction expertise in water and wastewater utility design. Experience at Steger Bizzell has allowed him to gain a greater understanding of system planning and design through multiple projects for both municipal and private clients in the Central and North Central Texas areas.
